Beauty companies are always adapting to meet the challenges of an evolving market—and as a result, the industry is always witnessing significant leadership changes. CEOs have allowed the beauty and personal care industry to grow and expand.

Beauty Packaging has compiled a list of the latest beauty and personal care brands’ new CEO and Presidential appointments:

January

Dior | Charlotte Holman Ros

Christian Dior Couture Americas appointed Charlotte Holman Ros as its new president in the Americas, effective February 1. Holman Ros succeeds Alexandra Winokur and transitions from her current role as president of Parfums Christian Dior for North America.

Personal Day | Amanda Domaleczny

Amanda Domaleczny joins Personal Day skincare brand, founded by actress Lili Reinhart, as its new Chief Executive Officer. Domaleczny brings just under 20 years of beauty industry leadership, having previously scaled Live Tinted, Tula Skincare, and Drybar.

Byoma | Tara Loftis

Following Byoma’s acquisition by The Bansk Group in 2025, Byoma announced the appointment of Tara Loftis as Global President and Chief Brand Officer. Loftis joined Byoma, where she leads the brand’s global innovation, brand, marketing, science, and creative functions.

Future Beauty Brands | Rob Keen

Future Beauty Brands (FBB), a global beauty platform and portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners, announced that executive Rob Keen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective January 12, 2026. He succeeds James Stammer, who has served in the role since January 2021. 

Dior | Véronique Courtois

Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the LVMH Group’s Beauty division. She joins the Executive Committee, and in this capacity, she will oversee the activities of all the Maisons in the Beauty Division, while retaining her role at the head of Parfums Christian Dior, ensuring managerial and strategic continuity of this iconic Maison. 

Wella Company | Calvin McDonald

The Wella Company appointed Calvin McDonald as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2, 2026. McDonald will also be appointed to the company’s Board of Directors and will be based in New York. Glenn Murphy will remain as Executive Chair to provide continuity as well as strategic advice to the new CEO and the leadership team.

Grande Cosmetics | Sabeen Mian

Lash and brow serum brand Grande Cosmetics appointed Sabeen Mian as Brand President, as founder Alicia Grande steps into the role of the brand’s Chief Visionary Officer. Alicia Grande will continue to drive the brand’s vision alongside Mian and spearhead growth and innovation.

Olive Young | Gaeun Kwon

Gaeun Kwon has been named CEO of CJ Olive Young USA. With over a decade of experience in the U.S. market, Kwon will lead the company’s next phase of growth as Olive Young prepares to open its first U.S. stores in California.

Puig | Jose Manuel Albesa

Jose Manuel Albesa has been appointed the new CEO of Puig, effective March 17, 2026. Marc Puig, formerly chairman and CEO of Puig, will continue to serve as executive chairman of the company. Albesa will also be proposed as a member of the Puig board at the company’s annual general meeting in May.

Centdegrés North America | David Barnes

IBG CEO Xavier Leclerc de Hauteclocque announced the launch of Centdegrés North America and the appointment of David Barnes as CEO. Barnes will lead the development and expansion of Centdegrés’ presence across North America. The goal is to strengthen integration across strategy, design, and product development.

Pharmacy Beauty | Laruen Lovelady

Farmacy Beauty has named Lauren Lovelady Chief Executive Officer, marking a pivotal moment for the clean skincare brand as it accelerates global expansion and innovation. As CEO, she will lead the brand’s strategic direction, product innovation, and international growth, building on its reputation for combining farm-grown ingredients with science-backed formulations.

e.l.f. Beauty | Kory Marchisotto

E.l.f. Beauty has promoted Kory Marchisotto to the newly created role of President of Brands. Until now, Marchisotto has served as Global Chief Marketing Officer since August 2020. In this role, she will focus on fueling our brands, categories, and global aspirations, while continuing to support the full enterprise on our Executive Team.

Stila | Daniel M. Annese

Daniel M. Annese took over as Stila’s CEO. He will lead the next phase of growth for the global artistry beauty brand. Annese will build “on his longstanding relationship with the company as a Board Advisor over the past three years.”

Orebella | Anish Agarwal

Orebella announces the appointment of Anish Agarwal as CEO.  Anish Agarwal joins Orebella with 20 years of experience across global beauty and consumer companies, including senior roles at Colgate-Palmolive and L’Oréal, and most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of T3 Micro.

L’Oréal Canada | Stéphane Bérubé

L’Oréal Canada has appointed Stéphane Bérubé as President and Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds An Verhulst-Santos, who has been appointed non-executive Chairwoman of L’Oréal Brazil, after five years in Montreal.

Sephora Collection | Sylvia Tournery

LVMH has appointed Sylvia Tournery as President of Sephora Collection, effective immediately. Tournery joins Sephora from L’Oréal-owned skincare brand Lancôme.

Gillette | Juliana Azevedo

Juliana Azevedo, president of home care and P&G Professional, will be promoted to CEO of Gillette and will start on July 1. She will replace Gary Coombe.

Bluemercury | Alexandre Choueiri

Macy’s, Inc. appointed Alexandre (Alex) Choueiri as CEO of Bluemercury. Choueiri will join the company on August 3, 2026, reporting directly to Olivier Bron, Chief Executive Officer of Bloomingdale’s. As CEO, Choueiri will partner closely with the Bluemercury leadership team to further enhance the brand’s prestige beauty authority, accelerate growth and deliver exceptional experiences for customers.

Future Beauty Brands | Healther Wallace

Future Beauty Brands appointed Heather Wallace as Chief Executive Officer to lead FBB’s next phase of global growth, innovation, and brand expansion. Wallace most recently served as President, U.S. at Galderma and has previous experience at Curology, Revlon, and Henkel.

Prequel | Nathalie Kristo

Prequel Skin, a skincare brand founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Samantha Ellis, appointed Nathalie Kristo as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Kristo will lead Prequel’s overall growth strategy. An internationally recognized beauty executive with over 25 years of experience, Kristo has built and scaled some of the industry’s most iconic brands, such as NYX, Huda Beauty, and Kayali.

Oriflame | Kenneth Benaim Campbell

Oriflame announced the appointment of Kenneth Benaim Campbell as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Kenneth joins Oriflame with over 30 years of international leadership experience and 27 years at L’Oréal.

Vacation | Nelson Miranda

Vacation, the suncare brand on a mission to make sunscreen fun, appointed Nelson Miranda as CEO, marking a pivotal step as the company accelerates its path toward category leadership. Miranda will work alongside Co-Founders Dakota Green, Lach Hall, and Marty Bell, who remain deeply involved as Vacation’s founders and brand architects. 

Laboratoires Pierre Fabre | Nicolas Zombré

Laboratoires Pierre Fabre appointed Nicolas Zombré as CEO of its U.S. Dermocosmetics operations. In this role, Zombré will oversee the company’s U.S. dermocosmetics business across its portfolio of brands, including Avène, René Furterer and Klorane, as Pierre Fabre continues to build momentum in the U.S. market.
